Without intention, we often neglect the warning signs that our bodies send
us regarding our health. Our busy lives see us frequently placing major
demands on our physical, intellectual and spiritual selves, yet we tend to
feel more obligated to work over-time than to take time to care for
ourselves.

This inattention to our well-being can lead to the creation of otherwise easily
preventable illnesses, illnesses that can take us away from valuable time we
